The person signing this Waiver and Release represents and warrants that
he/she has responsibility for the care of the Dog and has the authority to sign this
Waiver and Release of Liability.
The undersigned hereby waives all of his/her rights which now exist or
which may in the future exist to claim against or take any legal action against Waggin'
Trail Adventures for any injury of any kind to the undersigned or to the Dog or to both,
before, during or after the walk taking place on the above date.
This Waiver and Release of Liability applies to any injury to the
undersigned or the Dog no matter how the injury occurs and no matter whose fault it is.
This is an absolute Waiver and Release of Liability and the undersigned hereby releases
Waggin' Trail Adventures from all claims, demands, actions or causes of action arising out
of the agreement with Waggin' Trail Adventures to provide services related to the walk or
any actions or omissions of Waggin' Trail Adventures in arranging, organizing or
conducting the walk.
The consideration for this Waiver and Release of Liability is the
agreement by Waggin' Trail Adventures to provide services related to the walk. This Waiver
and Release of Liability is binding upon the undersigned and his/her heirs, successors,
personal representatives and assigns.
By signing this Waiver of Liability, the person signing acknowledges having read and
understood the Rules established by Waggin’ Trail
Adventures, which govern the walk.
